Volantio is a travel-technology start-up focused on providing airlines with solutions to better manage fixed supply and variable demand. Our team is dedicated to sparking win-win moments for customers and businesses by finding flexibility in anyone’s plans. The Financial Analyst provides day-to-day financial and operations services in our newly-formed Operations team. As such, the ideal candidate is an excellent financial modeler but isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty helping with invoicing, accounting and other financial planning. You will report to the head of operations and often work directly with the executive team and CEO. This role is based at our headquarters in Decatur, GA.. Why work with us? Responsibilities

You will be the financial analyst at a SAAS start-up serving the travel industry:

Owning our financial model in every aspect–expense, revenue, cash, etc–for both our team and investors
Creating and analyzing our financial data to support decision making (e.g. hiring, pricing, planning)
Building processes with our accounting and office teams to ensure correct invoicing
Working with our sales and customer success teams as we build out and deploy HubSpot
Working with the Head of Operations to complete larger functions such as contract management, marketing, planning, budgeting, taxes, cost and project control
Providing and supporting overall financial strategy ‍

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
One year of professional experience as a financial planner, analyst, accountant or auditor in SaaS or travel industry
Strong written and verbal skills, comfortable in start-up enviornments
Advanced level of Excel and other financial tools (e.g. HubSpot, Xero) ‍
