Volantio CEO Azim Barodawala announced (26-Jan-2021) a "significant growth and multi-year extension" of Volantio's partnership with Volaris.
In February, airline tech startup Volantio focused on helping airlines with full or nearly full flights tempt flexible passengers with compensation in exchange for rebooking on other flights. It also had a product for marketing automation, but that product wasn’t part of its sales deck’s main offer.

Fittingly for a company that assists airlines, it is global having been founded in Melbourne Australia in 2014 but now based in Atlanta, Georgia in the US. Volantio’s main proposition is its Yana platform which launched in 2017 to help airlines to accommodate overbooked passengers.
