In 2014, Azim Barodawala and Fenn Bailey founded Volantio with a simple yet powerful belief: airlines could drive higher profits without passing on additional costs to their customers. Their vision was clear—leverage technology to transform passenger flexibility into airline profit.
Over the past decade, Volantio has navigated and overcome numerous challenges to develop the most sophisticated, widely adopted, and highly awarded product in the industry. From implementing advanced AI models to predict the most profitable flights, to establishing direct integrations with leading PSS providers, we’ve spent years refining customer engagement strategies to achieve the highest acceptance rates while delivering seat-level transparency on the profit generated.
Our reach has also expanded globally, with a dedicated team of Volantians located across the United States, the Netherlands, India, the Philippines, Colombia, El Salvador, and Australia.
